Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate transportation, shipments, dispatches, and delivery operations. Monitor shipment status and ensure timely deliveries. Manage inventory and coordinate warehouse operations. Prepare logistics documentation, shipment records, and operational reports. Coordinate with vendors, transport teams, warehouse teams, and customers. Monitor delivery performance, SLA/TAT, and operational KPIs. Handle logistics-related issues and escalations and ensure timely resolution. Support process improvements to improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate inventory and shipment data. Prepare MIS reports and provide operational updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

2–7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse operations. Experience in logistics coordination and shipment management. Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations. Experience with vendor/stakeholder coordination. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP/MIS systems is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
