Job Description
We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, servers, operating systems, and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers. Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization. Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Perform system backups, recovery, patching, and software updates. Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, network, and application-related issues. Maintain system security and implement appropriate access and configuration controls. Monitor system logs and resolve infrastructure incidents. Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures. Collaborate with networking, security, development, and support teams. Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery activities.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years of experience in system administration or related infrastructure roles. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux. Experience with Active Directory and user/access management. Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Experience with backup, monitoring, patch management, and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
